2.1. The products available on the website are natural cosmetics that comply with current quality standards.
2.2. Orders are placed online by adding products to the shopping cart and completing the order form.
2.3. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you and provide an alternative solution.

3. Payment

3.1. Orders can be paidexclusively by bank card, using secure payment processors.
3.2. Product prices are displayed in EURO. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
3.3. In case of technical errors affecting price display, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

4. Delivery

4.1. Products are delivered nationally and internationally via express courier services.
4.2. The estimated delivery time is 1–3 working days for domestic orders. International deliveries may take longer depending on the destination.
4.3. Delivery costs are calculated based on weight and destination and are displayed before order completion.

5. Return Policy

5.1. In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to return products within 14 calendar days of receiving them.
5.2. Products must be returned in their original packaging, sealed and unused. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
5.3. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except when the return is due to our error.
