Healing soup

I’m sharing with you a soup that is very dear to me.

It’s alive, nourishing, and a good anti-inflammatory remedy. The recipe is taken from the Medical Medium.

  • 4 carrots

  • 2-3 celery stalks

  • 2 onions

  • 1 bunch of parsley

  • 100g mushrooms (I used dried shiitake – optional)

  • 2 chopped tomatoes (optional)

  • 8 garlic cloves

  • 2-3 cm fresh ginger root

  • 2-3 cm fresh turmeric root

  • 2 liters of water

Put all the ingredients in a pot and bring the water to a boil. Lower the heat and let it cook for about an hour.

Strain the revitalizing, healing soup, rich in minerals. You can add noodles to attract children, or you can use it in other dishes.
